We use the MetaTrader 5 Platform (MT5), designed by MetaQuotes. MT5 is the most advanced platform for forex brokers and traders worldwide.
Metatrader5 Offers many advantages when comparing to the legendary Metatrader 4:
MT4 is an older platform and doesn’t align with the standards we are willing to provide to our traders.
It was a natural decision to provide the MT5 platform because our goal is to ensure a smooth development and trading experience by offering traders the most familiar trading platform.
Absolutely. Trade using your tools and techniques, from trading scripts to indicators and EA as long as they do not:
– copy trades of other persons signals
– do tick scalping
– perform latency arbitrage trading
– perform reverse arbitrage trading
– perform hedge arbitrage trading
– use emulators
Any accounts using these types of EAs will be canceled, banned, and not refunded.
Trading will be disabled for EAs from 23:00 to 01:00 GMT+3.
Yes. The MetaTrader 5 app is free and can be downloaded on the Google Play and Apple stores. Versions are available for HD apps on tablets.
The5ers trades directly through commercial liquidity providers. We do not trade with common retail broker brands. We operate differently and our trading conditions have different requirements. Confidentiality is very important to us and we take as many precautions as possible to keep our supplier’s identity confidential.
When you trade with us, either as a portfolio manager or during your evaluation period, you are assigned a portion of our own capital and are able to trade on The5ers Fund’s behalf (directly from our trading-pool-account). To meet most of our traders’ expectations, The5ers provide the MetaTrader 5 trading platform, which is supplied by a third party technology integrator and provides superb market execution through sophisticated proprietary technology.
The 5%ers trading activities are all executed through our brokers, via the STP Market Execution. We have incorporated an ECN-Broker-Fees-Structure into our platform.The spread and commission are shown separately – the commission is $4 per lot round trip, which is 0.4 pips.
The spread for EUR/USD is about 0.1 to 0.5 pips.
The spread is variable, not fixed. During the night hours, when the volatility is relatively low, the spreads can get wide, especially during the rollover time (New-York midnight).

All of our trading activities are implemented through our brokers via STP Market Execution. We forward an ECN-Structure to our platform, with institutional raw spread rates at zero markups, plus commission.
During periods of standard market fluctuations, major currency pairs like EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY sell from 0.2 pips to 0.9 pips, and the commission rate set at $4 per Standard Lot, round trip. Overnight swap fees are collected and/or paid nightly.
Every trading account and its capital value are legally owned by The 5%ers’ Funded Trading Program. We allocate our own capital to traders on a contractor-based agreement.

The 5%ers is a private fund holding ownership of a Forex Trading account under a regulated broker. However, there is no regulation clause to what we do, because we are not a financial institute and do not provide any financial services. We trade using our fund’s capital, with the support of our competent funded traders.

Yes. we are not brokers. Our relationships with our traders are legally bound by a service provider contract between the trader (the provider of the services) and the fund (The contract issuer). Our business structure allows United States traders to provide their services to our trading fund.
No license is required to become a funded trader. We do not handle any 3rd party funds. As a private fund, we have the freedom to hire any legal service providers for our fund.
At evaluation stages, a payout request cannot be fulfilled. Payout payments can only be processed once the trader passes onto funded levels.
You will have the possibility to withdraw your profits on a biweekly basis from several payment methods, including bank transfer and crypto.
The 14day pay out cycle will reset every time you have a new account scaled.
The profit payout will reset the account back to the initial balance but it won’t affect the scaling milestone target, which means that the payout still counts toward the milestone target.
You can choose to keep the profit in the account which would increase the maximum drawdown amount.
Example: Your milestone target is 10%. You withdraw 6%. You will only need another 4% to scale your account.

The equity stop-out level (aka drawdown) is the lowest value of the account allowed. Once the account equity value is below this level, the fund will close all running trades, and disable trading and access. The drawdown measures as absolute drawdown and is 6% of the initial balance for all programs at all levels. No matter how much the trader profits in the account, the maximum loss (drawdown) allowance increases. The trader can always choose to keep profits in the account in order to increase the maximum drawdown amount. Any payouts requested will reduce the account balance, hence reducing the maximum drawdown.
Example: If the initial balance is $10,000 and the maximum drawdown is $600 then the account will be closed below the equity level of $9,400, Let’s say your account goes up to $10,300, the maximum drawdown is now $900.
YES, we allow holding positions overnight and over the weekend as well. However, it is the trader’s responsibility to mind the implications of rollover swap conditions, volatility, liquidity and spreads conditions.

We abide by the highest code of ethics concerning traders’ payments. From level 2, every funded trader can withdraw their profit-share on a bi-weekly basis, with a minimum of $150 to be paid. Just use the “Profit Payout” button on your trader’s dashboard.
There are no minimum trades or trading days requirements for completing Level 1.

Traders have all the time they need in order to pass the challenge. However, we want to know that traders are active. Therefore, inactive accounts for more than 14 days calendar days will expire.

The leverage is 1:30.
Maximum capital per trader on evaluation account sizes: $40,000. (eg. you can have 4 X $10K, or 2 X $20K accounts all adding to the max starting capital of $40K).
You cannot merge the different accounts.
